Marj Halperin Consulting (MHC) reflects Marj’s career mix of journalism, marketing, PR, non-profit management, government reform and campaign management experience. This shapes our agency as a full-service communications partner on issues impacting public sector clients.

Marj’s 25 years of PR experience includes leadership support on media outreach, communications planning and organizational development for Mayor Richard M. Daley, then-Illinois Treasurer Pat Quinn, the Chicago Public Schools, and the Chicago Park District. There, Marj motivated residents citywide to “Come Out and Play” in Chicago’s parks in her role as CPD’s first Marketing Director.
